Our experience with Rosewood Home Builders has been excellent. Right from the design phase they worked with us to design the plan that fit our needs. We enjoyed watching them building our home quickly, but efficiently. The site workers were always courteous and professional, and even made sure to keep the site as clean as possible. Several of our family members that have experience in the industry commented on the high quality of the construction. We are extremely satisfied with the quality as well and appreciate the warranty that Rosewood offers. The few items on our 60-day warranty were taken care of almost immediately after we submitted the claim. Overall we are completely satisfied with our new home and very happy that we made the choice to move into a Rosewood Home.

Everything was delivered under budget and a head of time. We look forward to a long time lived in our wonderful new home.

We love our house and it turned out better than we could have imagined. We will be building again in a few years and there is no doubt it will be with Rosewood again. I used Rosewood Home Builders for my first house in Latham. I was a bit apprehensive about building a new home instead of buying an older one but Rosewood put my worries to rest. The quality of the materials they used was great! I did chose to pay for a few extras, like granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, both were totally worthwhile! The contractors were great in helping me pick out colors and materials that would work best and hold up against my kids. The only snag I ran into was the finish on my porch started peeling but once I called, it was attended to right away! I definitely recommend Rosewood Home Builders for anyone who is looking to build a new home.
When my husband and I decided to build our home, people told us it would be a nightmare – it would take too long, cost more than we expected and be very stressful. I can honestly say that was not our experience at all working with Rosewood Home Builders. Rosewood took great care of us. They kept all of their promises to us and were very responsive when we had a question or a concern. Our home was completed six months after they broke ground. The process was easy and believe it or not, stress-free. Everyone we dealt with at Rosewood was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Rosewood Builders.

Rosewood Homebuilders took, what could be, a very stressful experience (building a home) and made it a pleasure. They were there every step of the way, with advice and guidance when we needed their input. The prices were reasonable, the contractors were reliable and I would highly recommend their services.
My husband and I are not traditional buyers in the sense that we purchased a home already built by Rosewood Homebuilders. However, to make the house feel more like “ours” we made a few structural changes prior to moving in using the staff of Rosewood Home builders. We could not be more pleased with the end product. The changes came out perfect- right to our specification. The Rosewood staff were easy to work with and always available to meet with us, and were CLEAN. Kudos to the Rosewood Home Builder realtor, Colleen Loonan, she was instrumental in seeing the purchase of the house happen so quickly. She managed our expectations well!
