Steps to Buying a House
Rosewood Home Builders does more than just build beautiful homes, we build communities in picturesque settings where luxury meets convenience, and where neighbors become lifelong friends. Rosewood Home Builders is there - in the setting that makes your home part of a neighborhood, and in the neighborhoods that create your community. Wether your the first time home buyer or a second/third time home buyer we have put four basic steps together to help you understand the process in building a new home.
1. A homebuyer will attend one of our open houses.
2. We spend some time reviewing floor plans for houses and listening to the needs and wants of your family. It may be that you need a 1st floor bedroom for your visitors, a2nd floor laundry, or a large dining room for family celebrations. Based on your lifestyle, we can zero in on the floor plan that will best fit your needs.
3. After finding your housing plan, we move on to the lot choices. Do you need a yard for a future pool, private back yard or walk-out basement to maximize your living space? This is where the expertise of our site supervisor comes in. Our supervisor will walk the lots that will offer you what you are looking for. Then he'll show you where the house will be placed on the lot, and what will be cleared for yard space.
4. Now that we have the floor plan and lot, we move on to home design plans, by visiting our unique Design Center. Building a new house can be an overwhelming process. There are many decisions that need to be made. Rosewood Home Builders has taken the stress out of the process with its design center and professional, knowledgable staff.
